If your jewelry is in stock, it will be shipped out within two days of your order. If not in stock, it can take 4 - 8 weeks for your order to be shipped out. But know we always do our best to have jewelry ready for you as fast as possible.

All Quetzalli Jewelry pieces have a Lifetime Warranty. In case something happens to a piece, please contact us at contact@quetzallijewelry.com so we can best assist you and have that piece back with you as fast as we can.

Because of the nature of what we do, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
